PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To lead Sales & Marketing Team ensuring fulfillment of Organizational Goals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- General & Routine reporting to Management
- Developing Infrastructure / system for smooth Sales & marketing operations.
- To Train team at all levels.
- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Setting Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly / annual Sales & Revenue Targets and its achievement.
- Creating & Managing Budgets.
- Managing Sundry Debtors.
- Evaluating Performance & Productivity and Take corrective action to increase sales.
