The Role*

We are looking for two Customer Relationship Executives to join our in office sales team at Dev Signature One, Rajendranagar. This is a client-facing, ground-level sales role you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, responsible for building relationships, scheduling and conducting site visits, nurturing leads and supporting the team through to closure. Performance is measured and rewarded team members who contribute to monthly sales targets earn meaningful incentives on top of their fixed salary.

*What You Will Do*

- Handle inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and digital platforms respond promptly and professionally

- Qualify leads and schedule site visits

- Conduct site visit presentations walk prospects through the project, specifications, pricing and payment plans

- Follow up consistently with prospects across the funnel via calls and WhatsApp

- Update lead status and call records in the CRM system after every interaction — no exceptions





- Coordinate with the senior CRM and pre-sales team on lead pipeline and follow-up schedules

- Support collections follow-up for existing buyers post-booking

- Attend team briefings daily and contribute to weekly pipeline reviews

*What We Are Looking For*

- 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales, client servicing or a B2C sales role

- Telugu and Hindi fluency mandatory — English communication is a plus

- Comfortable on-site in Rajendranagar, Hyderabad, full time including Sundays

- Presentable, punctual and client-ready at all times

- Process-disciplined — comfortable using CRM systems and following structured follow-up protocols

- Hungry, self-motivated and comfortable being measured on output
