Minar Travels (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to create premium marketing collaterals that align with our brand identity. Experience in the travel, hospitality, or luxury sector will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design brochures, flyers, standees, business cards, logos, letterheads, and other marketing collaterals.

2. Create visually engaging social media creatives, including posts, stories, reels, banners, and promotional campaigns with a premium and luxury-focused aesthetic.

3. Design high-quality travel itineraries, digital flyers, presentations (PowerPoint), event branding materials, and promotional assets.

4. Develop website banners, landing page creatives, and email marketing visuals.

5. Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print communication.

6. Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.

7. Edit basic videos, reels, and motion graphics for social media and digital marketing.

8. Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and social media content formats.

Ensure all creative deliverables are completed within deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Creative Arts, or a related field.

2. 2 to 3 years of skilled experience in graphic design, preferably in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or luxury industry.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva.

4. Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.

5. Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, branding, and visual composition.

6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

7. Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.

8. Experience with UI/UX design or Figma will be an added advantage.

9. Knowledge of print production will be an added advantage.
