They also ensure that contractual obligations are met efficiently and on time. Develop & lead negotiations by focusing on mutual strategic interests & remaining unconditionally constructive to promote an enduring business relationship.
Manage the overall contracting process by collaborating with client & Accenture procurement, legal, & business teams to get to an agreement.
