- Cloud Migration Tools experience with BitTitan/Quest
- Cloud Migration Planning and Discovery
- Experience in atleast 3 cloud migration projects
- Experience in PowerShell scripting on M365 and Azure
- Experience in M365 Tenant to Tenant Migrations and GSuite to M365 Migrations
- Experience and Knowledge on Azure setting will be an advantage
- Experience in Server migrations will be an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple projects in Parallel
- Experience in creating project plans
- Customer facing ability and handle escalations
- Manage team workload and distribute tasks
- Track issues and coordinate with multiple teams to resolve
- Improve overall customer satisfaction by timely and proactive communication and relationship.
