A leading Life Insurance Company is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join its Banca Channel team as Relationship Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Life Insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and customers.
- Identify customer financial protection needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and sales presentations.




- Ensure high levels of customer service and post-sales support.

Eligibility:

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Banking, BFSI, or Financial Sales.
- Robust communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
