Role & responsibilities

Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

- Industry: Interior Design & Execution Commercial Office Spaces
- Experience: 3.5-4+ years in a relevant field
- Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calls, site visits, referrals, and

online platforms

- Identify and connect with potential clients (corporates, startups, builders,

consultants, etc.)

- Present and pitch our interior design and execution services to prospective clients
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and proposal discussions
- Coordinate with Sales and Design teams to align solutions with client needs
- Follow up consistently and maintain relationships throughout the sales funnel

from lead generation to project closure

- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely closure of deals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and progress reports

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements





- 3.5-4+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client

acquisition in the commercial interiors, design & build, fit-out, or real estate sector.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and local language
- Presentable and skilled appearance this is a client-facing role
- Minimum educational qualification: Undergraduate degree (UG)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, capable of handling clients independently and a strong team player.
