Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work on technical requirements while meeting client SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical and communication skills.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements across various technologies.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation and extend offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and VMS portals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while meeting client SLAs and quality standards.
- Maintain solid relationships with candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills





- 15 years of US IT recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing process.
- Experience working on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and VMS tools.
- Proficiency in sourcing through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in US shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience supporting BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, or Product-based clients is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
