- Manage the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
- Monitor and maintain HT & LT panels, transformers, DG sets, and electrical distribution systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Hands-on knowledge of Star-Delta starters and control wiring.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the WTP (Water Treatment Plant).
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and contractors for maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Support the Facility Manager in daily operations and client coordination.
Preferred candidate profile
6- 8 years of experience in Facility Management.
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
