We are hiring a Manager - Capacity Building and Knowledge Management for a full-time PMU role based in Patna. The role will lead training design, capacity-building planning, stakeholder learning, knowledge documentation, communication support, best-practice capture, grievance redressal support, and change management activities.

The position requires experience in designing and delivering capacity-building programmes, developing learning materials, facilitating workshops, documenting knowledge products, and engaging with government and institutional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a capacity-building strategy and annual training plan for programme stakeholders.
- Conduct training needs assessments for institutions, implementation partners, field teams, and government stakeholders.
- Design and deliver workshops, orientation sessions, training modules, toolkits, SOPs, handbooks, FAQs, and learning materials.
- Facilitate learning sessions for institutional teams to strengthen implementation quality, reporting, compliance, industry engagement, and sustainability.
- Document best practices, case studies, implementation models, lessons learned, process notes, and replicable approaches.
- Support stakeholder communication, outreach, and engagement activities.
- Prepare presentations, knowledge briefs, workshop reports, event documentation, communication material, and learning notes.
- Support grievance redressal processes by tracking issues, documenting complaints, coordinating follow-up,



and monitoring resolution.
- Apply change management approaches to improve stakeholder adoption, institutional ownership, and programme effectiveness.
- Conduct feedback exercises to assess training effectiveness, capacity gaps, stakeholder readiness, and change-adoption progress.
- Coordinate with government teams, training institutions, industry partners, field units, and implementation agencies.

Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Education, Training, Communication, Media, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Development Studies, or related discipline.

Skills
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in capacity building, training design, knowledge management, stakeholder engagement, communication, or change management.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programmes, workshops, learning materials, and knowledge products.
- Exposure to grievance redressal and change management initiatives, preferably in government, mission-mode, or development-sector programmes.
- Solid facilitation, communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work full-time from Patna, with travel as required.
