Lead end-to-end delivery of STEM, AI & Robotics programs across partner schools by managing teams, ensuring quality delivery, planning resources, monitoring performance, and maintaining strong school relationships.
Role & responsibilities:
1. Lead the delivery of STEM, AI & Robotics programs across partner schools.
2. Manage and mentor Delivery Leads and ensure high team performance.
3. Plan resources, monitor curriculum completion, and maintain delivery quality.
4. Build solid relationships with schools and resolve operational escalations.
5. Drive process improvements, track performance metrics, and ensure operational excellence.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5+ years of experience in Operations or Program Delivery.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multi-location teams is preferred.
