About the Role:
Prithu Homes is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in hard core residential real estate sales within the Delhi NCR market. The ideal candidate should be a go-getter who thrives in a highly competitive environment and consistently achieves sales targets through direct client interaction and strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of residential projects, ensuring achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Conduct direct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to convert leads into successful bookings.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, closure, and post-sales service.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and retention.
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to maximize sales conversion.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies in the residential real estate sector.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance in all transactions.





Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 Institution
- 1 to 4 years of proven experience in sales with high ATS.
- Consultative and Strategic Sales Approach
- Demonstrated success in driving direct sales with high conversion rates.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market, customer profiles, and sales processes.
- Aggressive, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset; ready to go the extra mile to close sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong networking abilities and skilled attitude.
