We are looking for a Learning Designer to work with stakeholders to design e-learning pedagogies suitable for the relevant content. You will work with the Product Function on the overall learning experience and the design framework for individual courses. You will aid learning design research and work with a group of learning designers who will write learning objectives, interview subject matter experts, and create the content that will be included in facilitator guides, e-learning courses, or instructional videos.

Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and innovative learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.
- Expand the scope of TLC's techno-pedagogy.
- Work with product managers to ensure the correct transmission of pedagogy to the online learning modes.
- Work with game developers to develop educational activities, simulations and games.
- Work with subject matter experts and identify the target audience's learning and training needs.
- Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods.
- Decide on the criteria for judging learners' performance and develop assessment instruments.
- Creating infographics, mind-maps, cartoons, flowcharts, diagrams, etc., out of texts and materials to be embedded in the course.
