Role & responsibilities

- Operate aseptic filling machines and associated equipment as per approved SOPs.
- Perform machine setup, line clearance, start-up, operation, and shutdown activities.
- Ensure aseptic practices are followed throughout filling operations.
- Monitor critical process parameters and report any deviations immediately.
- Carry out routine equipment cleaning, sanitization, and basic preventive maintenance.
- Record production activities accurately in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and logbooks.
- Support media fills, process validations, equipment qualifications, and engineering trials.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Engineering, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Follow gowning procedures and maintain cleanroom discipline.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, data integrity, EHS, and regulatory requirements.




- Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment issues and escalate major concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain housekeeping and ensure readiness of the filling area for audits and inspections.

Preferred candidate profile

- 26 years of experience in sterile injectable manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience operating vial, ampoule, cartridge, or pre-filled syringe filling lines is preferred.
- Knowledge of aseptic processing and sterile manufacturing practices.
- Familiarity with cGMP, SOPs, and documentation practices.
- Understanding of cleanroom behaviour and contamination control.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
