We are hiring a Technical Sales Engineer for a Pump manufacturing company located at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The candidate must possess a blend of mechanical aptitude and commercial acumen such as calculating flow rates, head pressure, and fluid velocity. The candidate must have fluency in English and actively speak the language of plant engineers and procurement teams. The candidate must have very good communication skill.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions using our products.
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Marketing) to resolve customer issues and improve sales performance.
- Identify recent business opportunities by networking within the industry.
- Manage technical sales activities, including client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Tech / B.E.).
- Excellent communication skills for effective client coordination and negotiation.
- Strong convincing power for successful deal closure.
- 1-5 years of experience in technical sales or related field.
