Forward Tech Projects

We at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance are looking for a motivated skilled with 2 3 years of experience to support and coordinate technology-driven initiatives by working closely with business and technology teams. The role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder coordination, business understanding, and the ability to help drive projects forward in a structured manner.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across cross-functional teams, understanding business needs, supporting project execution, and contributing to market and vendor evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify business needs and requirements

Conduct market research and industry scanning to identify relevant trends, tools, and solution providers for driving business growth

Perform business analysis activities including requirement gathering, process understanding, gap analysis and documentation

Assist in vendor evaluation, comparative analysis, and recommendation preparation

Facilitate follow-ups and stakeholder communication across multiple teams

Manages on-going critical Forward-tech / Innovation initiatives through a business lens, focusing on data analysis and model refinement as a continuous process

Support PMO on high-priority projects project tracking, dependencies identification and facilitate cross-functional communication

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a quick-paced and cross-functional environment

Good documentation and presentation skills

Ownership mindset with attention to detail

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools

Preferred Background

2 3 years of experience in

Project Coordination

Business Analyst

Transformation or Digital initiatives

Exposure to technology projects, digital platforms, process improvement, or automation initiatives is preferred

Educational Qualifications

Strong academic record with Tech background is preferred
