About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads, execute outbound campaigns, and build a strong sales pipeline. You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to connect potential customers with Atna.ai's AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate outbound leads using Apollo, HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and cold calling.
- Qualify inbound and outbound prospects and schedule demos for the Sales team.
- Manage CRM records and track outreach performance.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve campaigns and pipeline growth.




- Understand customer challenges around fraud prevention, identity verification, KYC, and compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in SDR, BDE, Inside Sales, or Outbound Sales (SaaS preferred).
- Mandatory experience with Apollo and HeyReach.
- Familiarity with HubSpot/Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to work in a rapid-paced startup environment.
- Experience in BFSI, FinTech, HRTech, KYC, AML, or Compliance is a plus.
