We are looking for an experienced HR qualified to manage end-to-end Human Resource functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, HR Policies, Statutory Compliance, and Labour Law compliance. The ideal candidate should be capable of partnering with business leaders to drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and HR excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance across the organization.
- Drive the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, appraisals, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Plan and execute Learning & Development (L&D;) initiatives, training calendars, induction programs, and leadership development programs.




- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws and statutory regulations, including Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, POSH, and other applicable labour legislations.
- Oversee HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, HRMS, and personnel records.
- Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and grievance handling.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory audits and compliance documentation.
- Drive organizational development initiatives and support change management programs.
