Role & responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, websites, digital campaigns, and internal communications.
- Edit multi-camera footage, including podcasts, interviews, webinars, panel discussions, and event recordings, ensuring smooth transitions and professional synchronization.
- Create engaging promotional videos, advertisements, educational content, testimonials, reels, and short-form videos.
- Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, lower thirds, subtitles, and visual effects to enhance viewer engagement.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio balancing, noise reduction, and sound synchronization.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and Design teams to understand creative requirements and deliver content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and media libraries for efficient workflow.
- Optimize videos for different platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, trends,



AI-powered editing tools, and platform-specific best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Video Editing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Animation, or a related field.
- 25 years of hands-on experience in professional video editing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Hands-on experience editing multi-camera videos, including podcasts, interviews, talk shows, and event recordings.
- Robust understanding of motion graphics, typography, pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
- Knowledge of color correction, color grading, audio editing, and video compression techniques.
- Experience creating both long-form and short-form digital content.
- Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
