Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and build a solid online community to enhance brand awareness and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar across all social media platforms.
- Create engaging, creative, and brand-consistent content (posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns).
- Manage day-to-day activities across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Build and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and sales teams to execute campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends,



competitor activities, and audience insights.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Ensure all content maintains brand consistency and follows company guidelines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Experience in content planning, copywriting, and community management.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is an added advantage.
