Role Summary
Manage and grow digital product categories within the E-Commerce channel, by driving growth initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams and leveraging customer insights to improve customer experience and business performance
Key responsibilities
Manage and continuously improve the performance of digital products in the E-Commerce channel
Execute digital product and growth initiatives, including go-to-market strategies, new product launches, product enhancements and implementation of growth initiatives aligned with business objectives and regulatory guidelines
Collaborate on growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle, including current customer acquisition, remarketing, retention and customer engagement campaigns across digital channels
Manage end-to-end execution of business initiatives by coordinating with technology, compliance, content, design and marketing teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery
Leverage data, customer insights and business metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements in product performance and customer experience
