Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end web and phone applications, ensuring high-quality code, seamless user experiences, and scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web and phone applications across front-end and back-end platforms. Ability to create AI-native UX design is preferred
- Rigorous UAT testing with business teams
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to implement user-friendly, performant solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure robust applications.
- Optimize applications for scalability and responsiveness .
- Stay updated on latest front-end and back-end technologies to drive innovation
- Work closely with AI team for Quick prototyping of ideas

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related field .




- 3+ years of experience in full stack development using modern frameworks and languages (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java).
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful APIs
- Strong Figma designing capabilities
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and cloud platforms .
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and contemporary front-end frameworks.
