- Student Counseling: Conduct 1-on-1 counseling sessions (in-office & online) to assess student profiles, academic goals, and financial budgets.
- Program & University Selection: Guide candidates through selection for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs across partner and non-partner international universities, as well as Doctorate (PhD) opportunities and research pathways.
- Application Support: Provide comprehensive assistance in shortlisting universities, crafting Statement of Purpose (SOP), drafting Letters of Recommendation (LOR), and building resumes.
- Visa Guidance: Deliver accurate guidance on overseas student visa documentation, financial proofing, and conduct mock visa interviews.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on prospective student inquiries to meet counseling enrollment goals with ethical, transparent guidance.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience:
1 to 4 years of experience in study abroad / overseas education counseling.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Graduate) or Master's degree (Post-Graduate).
- Key Skills: Deep understanding of admission requirements and visa processes for top destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Attributes: Highly empathetic, persuasive, target-oriented, and detail-driven.
