To lead and manage the Replicast Foundry operations and ensure achievement of production, quality, cost, delivery and safety objectives

Education requirement : BE in Mechanical or Metallurgy

Experience Preferred : 15-20 years

Technical Skill Required -

- In-depth knowledge of Replicast/Investment Casting processes and overall foundry operations.
- Robust understanding of casting process parameters, process control, and process optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of casting methoding, gating and feeding systems, and yield improvement methodologies.
- Expertise in identification, analysis, and elimination of casting defects through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Sound knowledge of steel and stainless-steel metallurgy, melting practices, solidification principles,



and casting behavior.
- Basic knowledge of heat treatment processes and their impact on casting properties.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Energy Management Systems (EnMS).
- Understanding of product development, die trials, productionization, and process standardization.
- Knowledge of material planning, inventory management, TPM, Kaizen, and 5S practices.
- Experience in planning, reviewing, and implementing CAPEX projects related to foundry operations.
- Ability to analyse production, quality, and cost data for decision-making and continuous improvement.
