Objective

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing strategic marketing and business development initiatives. The role focuses on expanding market reach, generating new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, increasing brand visibility, and achieving revenue targets across B2B markets in India and international regions.





Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
- Generate new leads and acquire clients in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, and cosmetic industries.
- Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with Production, R&D;, and Sales teams to meet customer requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team while ensuring KPI achievement.
- Expand domestic and international market presence.
- Represent Plus Max Naturals at industry events and business meetings.
