Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, overseeing correspondence, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day business operations. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. Candidates with prior experience supporting senior management or leadership executives will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage director's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.





- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and tasks.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as required by the director.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Candidate preferred is married women age in between 30-45 yrs.

- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in shorthand writing system (e.g., Pitman) is desirable but not mandatory.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
