Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer(MERN Stack) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack) with solid knowledge of modern web application development. The candidate should be passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications and be willing to work on mobile application development using Flutter when required.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Web and Mobile applications.
- Develop scalable applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth2, SSO).
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and Product teams.
- Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Support application deployment, monitoring, and production releases.

Job requirements





- 3-5 years of experience in MERN Stack development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js/Nest.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth2.
- Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills required:

- Basic knowledge of Flutter and Dart for mobile application development.
- Candidates without Flutter experience are also welcome if they are willing to learn Flutter.
- Experience with React Native is an added advantage.
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile application performance.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in information technology or equivalent

- 3+ years’ experience in Application Development
- Independent worker with initiatives, positive attitude and team player
- Self-motivated and possess a can-do attitude
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
