Job Description:

We are a quick-growing diagnostics company expanding through an asset-light, multi-city partner network. We are seeking a proactive and execution-focused professionals to support business operations, software implementation, partner onboarding, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Customer Support, Regional, and Software teams.

Support rollout and adoption of the new integrated software platform.

Track user issues, follow up with the development team, and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate partner/vendor onboarding and operational readiness.

Monitor action items and ensure execution across departments.





Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.

Support new city launches and daily operational activities.

Identify operational gaps and assist in process improvements and SOP implementation.

Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in Business Operations, Operations Coordination, Administration, Customer Support, or Healthcare Operations.

Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with high ownership and attention to detail.

Required Skills:

Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis)

PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams

Experience with CRM/ERP/LIMS or similar business applications is an advantage

Ability to quickly learn new software platforms
