We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our SMART Group. This is a high impact role for an analytical marketing professional who is passionate about leveraging data, customer insights, and marketing technology to drive pipeline growth and measurable business outcomes.

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for delivering marketing analytics and operational excellence by providing actionable insights, optimizing campaign performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the marketing function. The Marketing Analyst partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Leadership teams to improve demand generation, pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and overall marketing effectiveness through data, reporting, and marketing technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital channels, demand generation initiatives and lead nurturing programs to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Develop, maintain and optimize marketing dashboards, reports and executive scorecards using HubSpot CRM and other reporting tools.
- Monitor marketing KPIs including lead generation, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on investment (ROI) and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage marketing data quality, segmentation, lead lifecycle, attribution models and campaign tracking within HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead management processes, campaign effectiveness and pipeline conversion.
- Perform customer, industry and competitor research to identify market trends, growth opportunities and strategic recommendations.
- Analyze website performance, user behavior, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media and paid campaign metrics using analytics platforms.
- Support demand generation initiatives by evaluating campaign performance and recommending data-driven improvements.
- Build audience segmentation, marketing lists and reporting frameworks to improve campaign targeting and personalization.
- Work closely with content,



digital marketing and business development teams to measure campaign impact and marketing contribution to revenue.
- Ensure data integrity by monitoring CRM hygiene, campaign attribution and reporting accuracy.
- Present insights, recommendations, and performance trends to marketing leadership and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to marketing planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance reviews through analytical support.
- Stay current with emerging marketing technologies, AI-driven marketing tools, analytics platforms and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in Marketing Analytics or Marketing Operations.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including campaign reporting, lead lifecycle management, workflows, dashboards and marketing automation.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, demand generation, customer acquisition funnels, attribution models and marketing performance measurement.
- Experience analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns, lead generation programs and pipeline performance.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Microsoft Excel, and marketing reporting tools.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation solutions; HubSpot experience is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex marketing data into actionable business insights.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Leadership.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing analytics, A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, predictive analytics and marketing automation best practices is an added advantage.
