We are looking for the dynamic and professional Cluster manager who can handle the Retail Business of Pune region.

Jobs Descriptions:-

1. To set sales target of every store on the basis of last year & current year performance.

2. Preparing sales planning for achieving targets

3. Track sales achievement on daily basis.

4. Area Sales Managers & Store Managers sales performance review on daily/weekly/monthly basis as per set parameters.

5. Closely observation of expenses.

6. Stock replenishments.

7. Stock shuffling & rotation between the stores.

8. Maintain minimum & maximum level of stock in stores as per the sales of the store.

9. To provide training to sales staff & arrange various behavioral base training to store staff.

10. Hiring new ASM, store managers.

11.



Preparation of various reports and presentation to management.

12. Ensuring proper visual merchandising and coordination with VMs.

13. Controlling shrinkage.

14. Arrangement of sales promotions/discounts

15. Recent store setting up

16. Ensure Store SOPs, ASM checklist must be followed

17. Coordinating with various department in backend.

Desirable Profile:-

Previous experience should be in same domain.

Target oriented

Good communication & presentation skill

Good team player.
