Role & responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF Regulations, IFSCA regulations, Companies Act, LLP Act, FEMA, RBI, PMLA/KYC-AML, Trust compliances and other applicable laws.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assist in implementing changes arising from SEBI, RBI, FEMA, Companies Act and other applicable regulations.
- Manage compliance calendars, statutory filings, regulatory reporting and inspections. Maintain statutory records and governance documentation.
- Coordinate investor onboarding, KYC/AML, capital calls, subscriptions, transfers and investor communications.
Preferred candidate profile Exp. 4-8 yrs exp. From AIF
- Company Secretary. Graduate in Law, Commerce, Finance or related discipline. LLB Degree will be an added advantage.
