Job Description: Technical Executive

Location: Turbhe (Navi Mumbai)
Salary: Up to 30,000 in-hand per month
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain electrical systems, HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS, lighting, and allied equipment.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and AMC service providers for timely maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Attend electrical emergencies and resolve technical issues with minimum downtime.
- Support daily facility operations and coordinate with the site team for smooth functioning.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 13 years of experience in facility management, commercial
- Positive knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
