Lenskart is one of India’s leading eyewear retail brands, focused on making eyewear accessible, affordable, and technology-driven. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our store operations and drive business growth.

Role Overview

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations, achieving sales targets, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and leading the store team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed sales, revenue, conversion, ATV, and other store KPIs.
- Manage complete day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer experience.
- Monitor store performance and take corrective actions to improve sales and productivity.
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Ensure proper execution of visual merchandising and store hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular team briefings, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
- Ensure effective manpower planning,



attendance management, and team discipline.
- Coordinate with the Area Operations Manager and other stakeholders for smooth business operations.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and overall team performance.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant retail experience, with prior experience in store/team management.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and business KPIs.
- Experience managing a team in a customer-facing retail environment.
- Good understanding of sales, inventory, customer service, and store operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates from Eyewear, Fashion, Lifestyle, Electronics, Telecom, FMCG, QSR, and Organized Retail are preferred.
