Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Business One (SAP B1) Functional Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP B1
implementation, support, and business process analysis, with a proven track record of
successfully delivering ERP solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP B1 functional
specifications.

Implement, configure, and support SAP Business One modules such as Financials, Sales,
Purchasing, Inventory, Production, and Service.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
Conduct GAP analysis and design customizations using SAP B1 SDK or as needed. Write Functional specification documents and test cases.
Perform system testing, end-user training, and go-live support.
Collaborate with technical teams for report development, customization, and
integrations.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of SAP B1 issues post-implementation.




Ensure documentation and process flows are maintained and updated.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related
field.
3-4 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One in a functional consultant role.
Strong understanding of business processes (finance, logistics, sales, inventory, etc.).
Experience in full-cycle SAP B1 implementations.
Proficiency with SAP B1 tools: Query Generator, PLD, Crystal Reports, etc.
Knowledge of SQL and SAP B1 database schema.
Familiarity with add-ons like Boyum B1 Usability Package (B1UP) is a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:

SAP B1 certification.
Experience with intercompany and multi-branch setups.
Exposure to integration tools (e.g., SAP Integration Framework, DI API, Service Layer).
Experience in industries such as [Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, etc.].
