Key Skills:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Procure to Pay
- At least 3+ years of relevant work experience as Subject Matter Expert.
- Lean Six Sigma certified
- Proven track record of leading and/or mentoring multiple Lean Six Sigma improvement projects
- Expert level knowledge of ERP
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and maintain Vendor Master Data processes and standards.
- Ensure accurate Vendor Creation, Modification, and Deactivation.
- Manage Data Governance, Data Quality, and Compliance requirements.
- Act as the Escalation Point for complex Vendor Master issues.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP), Procurement, Tax, Treasury, and Business Stakeholders.
- Drive Process Improvements and Automation Initiatives.
- Support Audits, Risk Management,



and Internal Controls.
- Lead ERP System Enhancements, Testing, and Transformation Projects.
- Deep functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.
- Solid Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Process Improvement mindset.
- Project Management and Change Management experience.
- Team Coaching and Knowledge Sharing capabilities.
- Expert knowledge of SAP or JD Edwards.
- Good level of proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Expert-level experience in Microsoft Excel using IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PIVOT, CELL REFERENCE, AVERAGE, AGEING, DATE FORMAT, TEXT to TABLE
