Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable experience for guests. Duties include cleaning and preparing rooms, changing bed linens, replacing towels, replenishing amenities, cleaning bathrooms and common areas, reporting maintenance issues and lost & found items, using housekeeping supplies responsibly, following hotel hygiene and safety standards, and assisting guests courteously whenever required. The ideal candidate should be honest, punctual, physically fit, well-groomed, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
