About the Role

We are looking for a smart, reliable, and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive who can independently manage tally accounting, tally, vendor payment and admin co-ordination.

This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of working closely with management while handling multiple responsibilities efficiently & proficient in Tally Accounting

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting in Tally ERP
- Vendor Payments
- Online NEFT, RTGS Payments
- Sales Purchase, Receipt Payment, Journal Entries
- GST calculations & reconciliations
- TDS calculations & reconciliations
- Ledger and bank reconciliations
- MIS reporting
- Billing, invoicing, E-invoicing and debtor collections
- Salary processing and voucher entries
- Petty cash handling and financial controls
- Preparation of financial and data reports & submission to seniors
- Assistance to management

Candidate Requirements





- Graduate/Post Graduate / Inter CA / CA qualification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in:
- Tally Accounting
- Tally Entries
- Online Payment to vendors
- GST & TDS Compilations
- MIS, Reconciliation
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Good English communication and correspondence skills
- Candidate should be based in Mumbai or nearby areas
- Age limit: Up to 35 years
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities

Office Timings

- Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM/ 10 AM TO 7 PM
- 2 and 4 Saturdays off
