Pre-School Centre Head (Admissions & Academics)

About the Role-

We are looking for an experienced Centre Head to manage the daily operations of our preschool. The role includes handling admissions, building strong relationships with parents, managing staff, overseeing administration, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations and coordinate with staff for smooth functioning.
- Handle all admission inquiries, school tours, counselling, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain good relations with both existing and potential parents.
- Plan and implement parent orientation programs, PTM, workshops and festivities.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
- Be the primary point of contact for parents, staff and address their queries and concerns.
- Make & maintain proper records, reports and documentation at the preschool.
- Conduct staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Manage monthly academic curriculum and theme curriculum, conduct activities smoothly and manage activity requirements
- We Are Looking for Someone Who Is Capable of mentoring the employees, creating a healthy working atmosphere.
- Having good interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Proactive, who can analyse the environment to find opportunities and remove barriers.
- A person who understands the company's goals and turns them into practical plans and activities for the local team.




- Minimum Requirements Qualifications- B.ed/NTT or any childhood course, knowledge about Montessori.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in preschool operations, admission counselling school leadership, academic planning, curriculum mapping.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills in English.

This Role Is Not for You If You

- Struggle to meet enrollment/Admission targets.
- Lack patience when dealing with young children's behavioral issues or parents anxieties.
- Have poor listening skills & impatience.
- Struggle to lead, and inspire staff to work on full efficiency.
- Uncomfortable in taking accountability, making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
