Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and appoint Super Stockists, Distributors, and Sub-Distributors
- Build robust business relationships with partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Manage and support existing distributors
- Ensure timely payment collection and order processing
- Provide daily and monthly sales reports
দায়িত্বসমূহ:
- Super Stockist, Distributor এবং Sub-Distributor নিয়োগ করা
- ব্যবসায়িক সম্পর্ক তৈরি ও বজায় রাখা
- মাসিক সেলস টার্গেট পূরণ করা
- নতুন বাজার ও ব্যবসার সুযোগ খুঁজে বের করা
- বিদ্যমান ডিস্ট্রিবিউটরদের ম্যানেজ করা
- সময়মতো পেমেন্ট সংগ্রহ এবং অর্ডার ম্যানেজ করা
- দৈনিক ও মাসিক রিপোর্ট প্রদান করা
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / Agarbatti / Sales field
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of local market
যোগ্যতা:
- FMCG / আগরবাতি / সেলস ক্ষেত্রে ১–৩ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা
