Position: Customer Payment Receiver
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive customer payments (Cash, UPI, Cheque, Bank Transfer).
- Issue payment receipts and maintain records.
- Update payment details in the system.
- Verify payment amounts and supporting documents.
- Follow up on pending or overdue payments.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales departments.
- Prepare daily payment reports and ensure accurate cash handling.
