Salary & Incentives

This is a purely incentive-based role (no fixed salary).

For the first customer you onboard, you will receive ₹10,000.

From the second customer onwards, you will earn ₹3,000 per customer.

Key Responsibilities

Work on leads provided through online sources.

Pitch FR8 services and explain how the app solves customer problems and improves connectivity.

Onboard companies onto the FR8 platform.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Increase customer engagement and load connectivity through FR8.

Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth truck connections for customers.

Requirements

Laptop is mandatory.

Open to freshers and experienced candidates.

Good communication skills are required.

Hindi is mandatory.
