Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Wholesale Sales Executive for our ladies ethnic wear business. The candidate will handle wholesale customers, retail showroom inquiries, order booking, product presentation, and customer follow-up to help grow sales and maintain strong relationships with buyers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer HandlingAttend wholesale buyers, retailers, and walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with shop owners and regular buyers.
- Product PresentationShow kurtis, salwar suits, churidars, party wear, embroidered and printed ethnic wear collections to customers.
- Explain product features, fabric, sizes, colors, and pricing clearly.
- Keep updated with new arrivals and trending designs.
- Sales & Order BookingPrepare customer selections and confirm order quantities.
- Coordinate with the store and billing team for order processing.
- Follow up with customers for pending orders, repeat purchases, and payment-related communication when required.
- WhatsApp & Phone CommunicationSend product photos, videos, catalogs, and price details to customers through WhatsApp.
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Maintain proper follow-up records for interested customers.
- Showroom CoordinationEnsure displayed stock is properly arranged and presentable.
- Coordinate with the store helper and packing team for sample movement and order preparation.
- Support smooth customer service during peak hours and exhibitions.
- Sales Support ActivitiesAssist in preparing customer lists, follow-up calls, and daily sales updates.
- Inform management about customer feedback,



quick-moving designs, and market demand.
- Help achieve monthly sales targets and increase repeat business.
- Skills RequiredGood communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic understanding of garment / ethnic wear sales.
- Ability to convince customers and close sales confidently.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, mobile photography, and basic billing coordination.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and teamwork.
- Preferred CandidateExperience in ladies ethnic wear, garment wholesale, textile market, kurti, salwar suit, or fashion retail will be preferred.
- Candidates from Dadar, Kalbadevi, Bhiwandi, Surat, or other textile market backgrounds are welcome.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.

Salary₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month(Depending on experience, customer handling ability, and sales performance)
