Delhi Steel, a 30-year-old steel trading company based in Faridabad, is hiring a Field Sales Executive for site visits and business development.

Responsibilities:

- Visit construction sites, meet builders, contractors, and site engineers daily across Faridabad and NCR
- Build relationships with architects and engineers for referral business
- Generate recent leads and follow up to convert them into orders
- Maintain a daily record of sites visited and share simple daily reports on WhatsApp
- Represent the company professionally at every site visit

Requirements:

- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
- Age 22–30 years
- Should be based in Faridabad/NCR and familiar with the local area
- Prior field sales experience (building materials, cement, pipes, hardware, tiles, paint) preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and willingness to learn can also apply
- Comfortable with target-based incentive pay, not fixed salary only
