1. Job Description-

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior design and modular furniture installation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution, quality control, and coordination among various on-site teams, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, design specifications, and safety standards.

· Coordinate with project managers, interior designers, carpenters, electricians, and other on-site contractors.

· Monitor installation of modular furniture, false ceilings, partitions, and other interior elements.





· Interpret 2D drawings, layout plans, and BOQs to guide the site team.

· Ensure proper quality control and finishing as per client expectations.

· Manage site inventory, materials, and tools efficiently.

· Provide regular project status updates to the project manager and escalate issues as needed.

· Maintain daily site reports, checklists, and progress documentation.

· Ensure compliance with all site safety regulations and company protocols.

· Act as the on-site point of contact for vendors and clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Diploma or Degree in Civil/Interior Design/Architecture or relevant field.

· Proven experience (2+ years) in handling interior site supervision, especially in modular furniture projects.

· Positive knowledge of materials, modular systems, and interior fit-out processes.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

· Strong communication and leadership skills.

· Problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail.

· Proficient in MS Office and site documentation tools.
