Social Media Content Creator + Social Media Manager

Location: Porur, Chennai

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000/month + Performance Incentives

Are you passionate about creating Instagram Reels and viral content? Do you spend time analyzing why some videos get millions of views while others don't? If yes, we'd love to meet you.

We are looking for a creative Content Creator who can research trends, generate content ideas, write simple scripts, shoot videos, and edit engaging reels. If you're enthusiastic, willing to learn, and ready to grow, freshers are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Research Instagram, Facebook and YouTube trends daily.

• Generate fresh content ideas and suggest what should be posted.

• Write simple scripts and hooks for short-form videos.

• Shoot videos using the company-provided iPhone.

• Edit reels using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software.

• Add captions, music, transitions and effects.

• Work with the team to create content that attracts customers and builds the brand.

• Continuously improve content quality based on performance and feedback.

Skills Required

• Passion for social media and content creation.

• Basic knowledge of videography and video editing.

• Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar editing software.





• Creative thinking and willingness to experiment with current ideas.

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

• Must be willing to work from our office in Porur, Chennai.

Freshers Welcome

No prior work experience is required if you have:

- A genuine interest in content creation.

- A portfolio, Instagram page, YouTube channel, or sample edits (preferred but not mandatory).

- A strong willingness to learn and improve.
