We are hiring Customer Care Officers. The role involves handling inbound customer calls and promoting banking products such as credit/debit card upgrades, EMI conversions, loan top-ups, and insurance products.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Age: 18 to 30 years

- 12th pass & above candidates eligible

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Promote and upsell banking products and services
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
- Update customer interaction details in the system

Language Requirements:

- English + Hindi

- English + Tamil / Malayalam

- English with Gujrathi/Bengali/Punjabi can also apply.

Salary Structure:

₹23,000 CTC | ₹22,500 Take Home

Shift Details:

- 9-hour shift with 6 days working
- Rotational weekly off
- Male candidates: 24/7 rotational shifts
- Female candidates: Day shifts between 7 AM – 7 PM
- Work Mode: Work from Office
