OVERSEAS EDUCATION COUNSELLOR/ PROCESS ASSOCIATE

- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented MBBS Admissions Counsellor to guide students and parents through the MBBS admission process in India and abroad. The ideal candidate should possess excellent counselling, communication, and sales skills, with a strong understanding of NEET counselling, medical college admissions, and student conversion strategies.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding MBBS admissions in India and abroad.
- Explain the complete admission process, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and documentation requirements.
- Guide students through NEET counselling and seat allocation procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions by providing accurate information and personalized guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Maintain student records, leads, and follow-up status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with admission teams, universities, and management for smooth processing of applications.
- Assist students in completing application forms and collecting required documents.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.




- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and admission drives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

DOMESTIC EDUCATION COUNSELLOR

- Candidate will be responsible for admissions, counselling, handling parent queries.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Candidate will be responsible for providing course (Engineering, Medical and Management) information to students and parents to enable them to make the right choice.
- Provide the telephonic counselling and handle incoming and outgoing calls. Enter the information in CRM and maintain database of students through follow up, enguagement to provide timely support to students.
- Promote continious enguagement with students.
- Candidate should have positive communication skills and presentation skills.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Applicants must have previous experience of atleast 1+ years experience in area of counselling, academics, student

education, management services.

- Graduates/Post-Graduates with a pleasing personality and excellent communication and marketing skills. Should be fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English.
- MS-Word and Excel skills and general computer operations is needed.
