1. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Generate new leads and identify interested buyers.

1. Customer Interaction

- Explain project details such as location, price, amenities, and payment plans.
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about properties.

1. Follow-ups

- Maintain regular follow-up calls with interested clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

1. Site Visit Coordination

- Schedule property site visits for interested clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client visits.

1. Sales Conversion

- Convince potential buyers and assist in closing deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

1. Data Management

- Maintain customer records and call details in CRM or Excel.
- Update lead status and sales progress regularly.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate properties
- Ability to handle customer objections
- Valuable telephone etiquette
- Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools)
- QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 0–2 years experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
