Job Description – Office Computer Operator (Accounts & Sales Support)) Location:Vatva GIDC Ahmedabad

Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Computer Operator to support our Accounts and Sales departments. The candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, maintaining records, following up with customers, handling office documentation, and assisting with daily administrative activities.

- Roles & Responsibilities Prepare and send customer quotations.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and inquiries.
- Maintain sales and customer records in MS Excel and software.
- Generate invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
- Assist in basic accounting entries and documentation.
- Handle email communication with customers and suppliers.
- Maintain filing of office documents and records.
- Prepare reports as required by management.
- Update customer database and maintain accurate records in excel.
- Answer phone calls and attend customer inquiries professionally.
- Perform data entry.




- Support office administration and day-to-day operations.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned office tasks.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Gmail Email)
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and internet usage.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Tally Prime will be an added advantage.
- Qualification Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BCA or any Graduate)
- Frehser and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience 6Month -1 Years
- Working Hours Full time
- Monday to Saturday
- Salary-13,000-16,000/-
