Job Responsibilities:
- Call customers to take orders, promote products, and follow up on payments
- Build and maintain positive relationships with doctors (customers)
- Find new customers to grow the business
- Work with the product team for improvements
- Answer customer questions and handle objections
- Keep customer data updated and organized
- Solve customer complaints and retain unhappy customers
